We’re Hiring: Floor Supervisor
(Part-Time - Friday Nights & Weekends)

ImagineU Children’s Museum is looking for a dependable, upbeat, and team-oriented Museum Supervisor to help lead the charge on Friday nights and weekends! If you're a natural leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, keeping a team on track, and connecting with parents and families, we want to hear from you.

🕒 Schedule:
Friday evenings and weekends (4 - 20 hours/week)
💰 Pay: $2–$6 above minimum wage, depending on experience
📍Location: ImagineU Children’s Museum, Visalia, CA

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supervising museum floor staff (Playologists) to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Leading by example—setting the tone for customer service and professionalism.

• Interacting with parents and caregivers, resolving concerns with confidence and care.

• Managing staffing schedules, breaks, and task assignments.

• Supporting weekend events, birthday parties, and special programs.

• Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and exhibit upkeep during your shifts.

• Reporting on staff performance and guest feedback to leadership.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has supervisory or management experience (especially in guest-focused settings).

• Communicates clearly and effectively, both with team members and the public.

• Is 25+, has reliable transportation, and can pass a background check.

• Can maintain energy and composure during busy, noisy, fun-filled shifts.

• Is organized, responsible, and committed to delivering a top-tier guest experience.
