Playologist Role

You’ll:

• Engage with guests while staying aware of the full environment

• Host birthday parties and field trips

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized space

• Jump in wherever needed to support the team

We’re looking for people who:

• Are upbeat, reliable, and team-oriented

• Take initiative and don’t wait to be told what to do

• Stay aware of safety, messes, and guest needs

• Can work flexible hours, including weekends

Museum Supervisor Role

You’ll:

• Lead and support Playologists on the floor

• Ensure staff are engaged, on task, and providing excellent service

• Handle guest issues and maintain a high-quality experience

• Help train, coach, and develop team members

• Oversee operations, staffing coverage, and overall flow of the museum

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has leadership or supervisory experience

• Communicates clearly and leads by example

• Holds high standards and follows through

• Stays calm, decisive, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
