PARTIES & EVENTS

ImagineU is the perfect location for birthdays, team parties, youth groups, or family gatherings. We make hosting a party easy! Our different packages allow you to tailor your party to fit your needs.

  • Party times are as follows: 9:30 am to 11:30 am, 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm, or 2:30 pm to 4:30 pm. VIP Private Museum Parties are from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm.

  • Museum members receive 10% discount on all parties. All guests receive 40% off all parties on weekdays (Monday - Friday).

  • You can book a party by doing one of the following:

  • $100 – up to 10 children

    • $10 for each additional child

  • 1 hour in private room

  • All day access to museum for free play

  • Complimentary paper products (Plates, cups, napkins, tablecloths, utensils)

  • Bring your own food and drink at no additional fee


pizza party

  • $320 - Up to 16 children

  • $640 - Up to 32 children

  • Everything included in the ImagineU Party Package plus:

    • 2 Slices of pizza and a drink for every child (Additional $4.50 for each adult)

      • Choice of pepperoni or cheese pizza

      • Choice of apple juice, water, chocolate milk, or SunnyD

  • Bring your own cake and ice-cream at no additional fee

    *Not available during the 9:30 am - 11:30 am time slot

CAKE & ICE-CREAM PARTY

  • $320 - Up to 16 children

  • $640 - Up to 32 children

  • Everything included in the ImagineU Party Package plus:

    • ImagineU Birthday cake with candles, vanilla ice-cream cups and a drink for each child (Additional $5.00 for each adult)

      • Choice of chocolate or vanilla cake

      • Choice of apple juice, water, chocolate milk, or Sunny D

  • Bring your own food and drink at no additional fee

IMAGINE U PARTY package

  • $240 - Up to 16 children

  • $480 - Up to 32 children

  • 2 Hours in private party room, includes a special party activity

    • Choice of slime, playdough, Otis coloring page, or no activity

  • Private appearance by Otis the Imagination Dragon

  • All day access to museum for free play

  • 1 Party host

  • Complimentary paper products (Plates, cups, napkins, tablecloths, utensils)

  • For Birthday child (if applicable)

    • Complimentary ImagineU lunch box or ImagineU Otis t-shirt

    • ImagineU Birthday button

    • Happy Birthday announcement over the loudspeaker

  • Party set-up and clean-up

  • Free return pass for each child

  • Bring your own food and drink at no additional fee

Superhero party

  • $390 - Up to 16 children

  • $630 - Up to 32 children

  • Everything included in the ImagineU Party Package (excluding visit from Otis unless requested) plus:

    • A private, 30-minute appearance by a Royalty Characters princess (subject to availability)

      • Choice of Voyager Chief, Villain Kids, Toy Sheriff and Toy Cowgirl, Ice Sisters, Ice Harvester, Ice Fairy, Sleeping Beauty, Scottish Lass, Rapunzel, Little Mermaid, Cinderalla, Snow White, Royal Couple, Beauty

    • OR a private, 30-minute appearance by a Hero Alliance superhero (subject to availability)

      • Choice of Captain America, Spiderman, Batman, Superman, Ninja Turtle, Ironman, Super Girl, Wonder Woman, Hulk, Jedi, Darth Vader, Bat Girl, Thanos, Joker, Captain Marvel

  • Bring your own food and drink at no additional fee


VIP private museum party

  • $800 - Up to 200 guests (Additional hour $150)

  • 2 Hours private access to museum (5:30 pm to 7:30 pm)

  • Access to private party room

  • Special party experience activity in craft area or party room

    • Choice of slime, playdough, Otis coloring page, or no activity

  • Private appearance by Otis the Imagination Dragon

  • 2 Party hosts

  • Complimentary paper products (Plates, cups, napkins, tablecloths, utensils)

  • For Birthday child (if applicable)

    • Complimentary ImagineU lunch box or ImagineU Otis t-shirt

    • ImagineU Birthday button

    • Happy Birthday announcement over the loudspeaker

  • Party set-up and clean-up

  • Free return pass for each child

  • Bring your own food and drink, food trucks, or mobile food vendors at no additional fee



terms of Agreement

  • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking ($50 for small party room; $100 for large party room, $150 for VIP party). If a party is cancelled for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded.

  • There must be enough adults present to supervise all areas of the Museum before, during and after the party.

  • While in the party rooms, room capacities will apply. Some adults may be asked to wait in lobby if capacity is exceeded.

  • Additional children will be charged the following (may not exceed room capacities):

    • Basic Party Package - $15 per child

    • Pizza Party Package - $20 per child

    • Cake and Ice-cream Package - $20 per child

    • Princess or Superhero Party Package - $20 per child

    • VIP Package - capacity may not exceed 200 guests

  • Complimentary ImagineU lunch box or ImagineU Otis t-shirt for birthday child is limited to availability.

  • Any outside entertainment or catering services must be coordinated through the Museum at least one week prior to the party.

  • No piñatas allowed.

  • Helium balloons and gift bags/toys must stay in the event room.

  • A party may be rescheduled only once, at no cost with a minimum of 14 days’ notice.

  • Alcohol is not permitted except for VIP Private Museum Party.

  • Pictures may be used for publicity purposes. If this is a problem, please notify the Museum prior to the start of the party.

  • All party guests must exit the party room when the allotted time is up or be subject to additional charges. Additional time must be scheduled in advance.

  • Full payment to be made the day of the event, there is no discount for less people.
