Make your event truly one-of-a-kind with a Private Museum Rental at ImagineU! Whether you're hosting a corporate event, family reunion, school outing, or milestone celebration, you can enjoy full access to our interactive exhibits and engaging play areas.
Includes:

  • Exclusive use of the entire museum for your event

  • Customizable event times (2-hour minimum)

  • Access to all exhibits and play areas

  • Use of tables, chairs, and designated food areas

  • Dedicated staff to assist with setup and event coordination

  • All-day museum admission for your guests

  • A fun, imaginative atmosphere perfect for all ages

Guests may bring food and non-alcoholic drinks. Decorations are welcome using masking tape or paint-safe products.

20% non-refundable deposit required. Full payment due 7 days prior to event.


PRIVATE MUSEUM RENTAL | $800 

  • Up to 150 person occupancy (50 Children and 100 Adults)

  • Private museum access for up to 1.5 hours

  • Special event hosts

  • Complimentary white plates, napkins & silverware

  • Bring your own food and drink (no fee)

  • If you need to cancel your event, please make sure to do so at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled date in order to receive a refund (minus deposit).

    AVAILABILITY:

    Museum Rental are available after-hours when the museum is closed. Dates and times are subject to availability. Museum Rentals are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Any cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to the event in order to receive a refund (deposit is non refundable).  

 

 
 

*Please note: Facility fees do not include the following services: additional live demonstrations, additional staff or security, on-site A/V technician or additional A/V equipment, food or beverage service, linens or decor, risers, dance floors, DJ’s, high boys, or additional tables and chairs. Damage to ImagineU Children’s Museum property and excessive janitorial services will be charged if applicable.
