ImagineU Children’s Museum is now offering a fresh and creative alternative to the traditional after-school camps in the Central Valley- an After-School Enrichment Program.
The enrichment program operates every school day, from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm- including a healthy snack and a scheduled homework time; but that’s where the similarity to other programs ends.
Being hosted in an interactive children’s museum has its perks, and the same approach to hand-on and experimental learning that is the hallmark of the museum is designed into our after-school experience. All activities are geared toward cooperative, active learning, focusing on use of the arts as an enabler for all learning.
The program fee is $150 per child (museum members receive a 10% discount) for each four-week cycle, with scholarship opportunities available. Enrollment is by grade level, with a total of 60 spaces available. Any extra enrollments will be put on a waiting list.
- Kindergarten-2nd grade- 20 spaces
- 3rd-4th grade- 20 spaces
- 5th-6th grad- 20 spaces
Theme activities include music appreciation, history through crafts, hands-on math, dance, culture, and life science.
Parents are welcome to join their children at any time during their child’s program, and we encourage parents to participate during homework assistance time when possible. We will be providing support, focusing on helping parents work with their children on their homework, and turning the effort of homework into family time.

5:30 pm – 6:00 pm Social/reading
ImagineU can provide limited transportation for those that need it. There is a small transportation fee added to each enrollment, for each child. For more information on this, please contact us.
