Absolutely! ImagineU offers café access to all guests, with a wide variety of snacks and drinks to choose from. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drinks with them. Both indoor and outdoor eating places are available. No food or drinks are allowed on the museum floor at any time.

ImagineU’s special events, crafts and exhibits are designed for children ages 0 to 10.

Families spend anywhere from 30 minutes to 8 hours at the museum, depending on the energy level of the children and adults.

ImagineU Children’s Museum is a tobacco-free environment. Cigars, pipes, cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, vapor cigarettes, chewing tobacco, or any tobacco related products are strictly prohibited on or around Museum property. Thank you for keeping our children, families and ImagineU employees healthy.

Mothers are welcome to nurse children wherever they feel comfortable at ImagineU. If you wish for privacy, there is a designated nursing area inside the Ready, Set, Grow 5 and under area.

Restrooms and changing tables are located just inside the museum floor, near the Event Rooms. Health regulations require that all diaper changing be done inside the restroom.

ImagineU suggests not taking strollers onto the floor of the museum. Stroller parking is available just outside of the Ready, Set, Grow 5 and under area.

Dogs and other pets are not permitted inside ImagineU, with the exception of service dogs, specially trained to assist disabled persons.

ImagineU encourages guests to use their cell phones to capture happy moments, check in on our Facebook page and interact with other guests and exhibits. However, cell phone use, especially photography/video is PROHIBITED in the restrooms.

Yes, you may. However, because of the way the program is structured, and because of the enrichment value of the complete program, we recommend that your child miss no more than the first week of the program. Cost for late enrollment will be the same as the full program. If your child misses the first week, please let us know so we can enroll him/her in the next cycle.

We recommend that children enrolled attend all days to get the full benefit of the program. Be aware that the cost remains the same regardless of how many days your child attends.

This is because the duration of each camp is designed to take into account the days students are out of school – school breaks differ in their length and duration.

No. The 6-month membership is specifically designed to take into account the fact that active military may have occasion to relocate before a 12-month membership expires.

Yes. EBT cardholders pay $3.00 per person, up to 4 people, for admission.  Additional members of the same party will be charged the regular museum rate unless those persons are eligible for another discount program.
